Yes, distance learning can take the form of webinars, E. Learning sequences or individual coaching. Learning sequences or individual coaching.
How many people can be formed per group?
Ideally, a group should comprise between 8 and 12 people. However, it is possible to go down to 6 people, as the group dynamic is no longer the same.
Beyond 12, it is possible to run a course for up to 15 people, but the time allocated to each person diminishes.
How can I get my training financed?
Training can be billed directly to the company or via its Opco.
How long do training courses last?
On average, our training courses last two consecutive days. This is only an average duration, and the tailor-made nature of our interventions means that we can work from 1 to 4 or even 5 days, depending on the topics covered.
Is the training adapted to "senior" profiles?
Yes, the course is perfectly suited to people who already have considerable experience in the field.
Is there any post-training follow-up?
We systematically offer post-training follow-up as an option. This takes the form of group videoconferences (Retex-type), individual interviews (working on concrete negotiation situations) or capsules hosted on a space specific to each company or department.
Can we work on concrete cases?
This is one of our major teaching practices: working on real-life situations brought in by participants. An analysis prior to the training course also enables us to design case studies that are relevant to the participants' daily lives.
